Hi there!

This week, October 26th, we’re having our first meetup at the Ranch. It’s called “Radical Aliveness” and I’m hosting a workshop around how to feel more alive in our bodies and relationships.

Topic: Anger, disgust & Attraction (sexual)
Time: 26th of October, 6.30pm – 8.30pm (snacks, potluck and hang-out from 6pm possible!)
Location: Wild Life Ranch, Arvada, CO
Admission: $15 (via venmo @mo-wildman, 8135 or Paypal)

  • Become more powerful by taking up more space in your body and in the relationships in your world
  • Learn how to notice the sensations in your body around anger, disgust and sexual attraction without fleeing from them
  • Feel less afraid and more open to whichever emotion or body sensation arises in you and in others
  • Create more connection with yourself and with loved ones in your life, without shutting down, fleeing or attacking.

Together we will:

  • Play simple and powerful moment-to-moment awareness games to help you feel more at ease with your body’s experience
  • Practice in 1:1 dyad groups to explore your newfound tools to stay present and grounded
  • Have space to share about what is happening for you and continue to come back to the present moment.
  • Practice in an open sharing format where you can play with your experience in a free-flowing format.

Our first radical aliveness meetup will happen at Wild Life Ranch on the 26th of October at 6.30pm. We will go for roughly 2 hours, the first our consisting of relational games and dyad practices with prompts. The second half will be an open emotional and sensational dojo to play with your aliveness and awareness however you choose.
